JB's Half Marathon

JB can now add Germany to his 1/2 marathon races!  He ran the 13.1 miles in just over 2 hours, despite relatively little training in the past couple of months.  The course was four laps through the town of Bad Margentheim. His folks and the kids and I were on hand to watch and got to see him run by several times.

Thankfully Opa was on hand to retrieve matchbox cars from the fountain as well. 

And Oma was happy to learn all the colors of the high heels the zebra on Anneke's shirt!

Pretty great experience to run to the finish line on cobblestone streets!
